Privacy Policy
Effective Date: October 8, 2026
Policy details
1. Who We Are
Osirius Health is operated by Osirius-Urania Health Networks ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you use the Osirius Health website, membership, chat, and phone line (together, "the Service"), how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
Osirius Health is a membership platform, not a medical practice, pharmacy, or laboratory. When you choose a treatment program or lab panel, independent licensed providers, pharmacies, and labs deliver that care. They handle the medical information you give them under their own privacy practices and, where they are covered by it, HIPAA.
2. Information We Collect
Account and contact information. Your name and email address when you join or sign in (we email you a secure sign-in link instead of using a password), and your phone number if you add it to your account.
Orders and lab requests. The programs and products you order or book, and their status. When you order a lab panel, the details you include in the order email you send us.
Membership and payment. Your membership status and billing history. Card details are entered directly into our payment processor's secure form; we never see or store your full card number.
Communications. Emails you send us, questions you type to Brett, our virtual assistant, and calls to our phone line. Calls to the phone line are recorded and transcribed so we can respond to your request and review safety or quality issues.
Consumer health data. Some of the above can reveal information about your health — for example, which treatment programs you look at or order, the lab panels you request, and what you ask Brett. Section 4 explains how we handle it.
Site usage. If you allow it through our privacy choices banner, we record the pages you view, links you click to our partners' sites, the page that referred you, any campaign tags in the link you arrived from, and a random session identifier stored in your browser. We collect this ourselves; we do not run third-party advertising or social-media tracking pixels.
Browser storage. We store a few items in your browser to keep you signed in, remember your privacy choice, remember a referral code if you arrived through a partner's link, and let the site work offline as an installed app.
3. How We Use Information
- To create and manage your account and membership, and to process payments;
- To fulfill the orders and lab requests you place, including passing the necessary details to the provider, pharmacy, or lab that delivers them;
- To answer your questions by email, chat, and phone;
- To send account and billing messages, such as a welcome email or a notice that a payment failed;
- To send occasional emails about your membership or an unfinished sign-up — every one includes an unsubscribe link;
- With your consent, to understand how the site is used and improve it;
- To keep the Service secure, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet our legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, we do not use it for targeted advertising, and we do not use your name, image, or story in our marketing.
4. Consumer Health Data
We collect consumer health data only to provide the Service you ask for: showing and fulfilling the programs and lab panels you choose, answering your questions, and supporting your membership. We share it only with the provider, pharmacy, or lab you choose to use, and with the service providers described in Section 5 who help us run the Service under contract. We do not sell it.
Where state consumer health data laws apply to you (for example, Washington's My Health My Data Act or Nevada's consumer health data law), you can ask us to confirm whether we hold your consumer health data, give you a copy, delete it, or tell you who we have shared it with, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Use the contact details in Section 12.
5. Who We Share Information With
Care partners you choose. Licensed providers, pharmacies, and labs receive the information needed to deliver the program or panel you select.
Service providers. Companies that run parts of the Service for us under contract, only as needed for their task: payment processing, website hosting and databases, email delivery, the AI model that generates Brett's answers, and our phone-line provider.
Referral partners. If you arrived through a partner's referral link, we record that the referral led to a sale so the partner can be credited. We do not give referral partners your health information.
Legal and safety. When required by law, court order, or valid legal process, or when needed to protect someone's safety.
Business transfers. If our business is merged, sold, or reorganized, information may transfer as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy.
6. Your Choices And Rights
- Site analytics: choose "I Do Not Consent" on the privacy choices banner and we won't record your site usage. We also treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as a "do not consent."
- Marketing emails: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. You'll still receive account and billing messages while you're a member.
- Access, correction, and deletion: email us to ask for a copy of your information, to correct it, or to delete your account. We'll verify your identity and respond within 45 days. We won't treat you differently for making a request.
- Appeals: if we decline a request, reply to our response to ask us to reconsider.
7. How Long We Keep Information
We keep your information while your account is active, and afterward only as long as needed to handle billing, disputes, and legal, tax, and accounting requirements. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete or de-identify what we don't have to keep.
8. Security
We use encrypted connections, access controls, and service providers with security safeguards to protect your information. Patient details you enter for a lab order are kept in our secured database and are never sent by email. Staff can see them only through an individual login, sessions end after an hour of inactivity, and access is logged. No online system is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
If A Breach Affects You. If we discover a breach of security that exposes your health information, we will notify you without unreasonable delay, and in any case within 60 calendar days of discovering it, and we will notify the Federal Trade Commission and other authorities where the law requires.
9. Children
The Service is for adults 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
10. Other Websites
Some links take you to our partners' own sites, such as a provider's intake form or booking calendar. Their privacy policies, not this one, apply there.
11. Changes To This Policy
We may update this Policy. We'll change the effective date above when we do, and we'll email members before any material change takes effect.
